oanda에서 첫 주문을 할 수 없습니다.

스크린샷에서 볼 수 있듯이 MT4에서 처음으로 주문을 할 수 없는 것 같습니다. 통화 쌍 및 거래 유형에 대한 풀다운은 로트 번호, SL 및 TP 등과 같은 다른 모든 매개변수를 입력한 후에도 회색으로 표시되고 비어 있습니다(선택 사항 없음). BUY/SELL 버튼도 회색입니다. 데모 계정에 10,000USD의 자금이 있으므로 자금 부족은 문제가 되지 않습니다. 이미 헬프데스크에 문의했지만 답변이 없습니다. 누군가 나를 도울 수 있습니까? (내 LIVE 계정과 동일한 문제)

Unable to place my first order on oanda

As shown in the screenshot I cannot seem to place my first
ever order on MT4. Pulldowns for Currency Pair and Type of Trade are greyed out
and empty (no selection available), even after I enter all other parameters
such as lot numbers, SL and TP etc. BUY/SELL buttons are grey too. Fund is
there 10,000USD for the Demo Account so shortage of fund is not the issue. I’ve
already contacted helpdesk but without answer. Can someone help me with this?
