8월 17일부터 출금요청을 했고 지금까지 검토중입니다. 항의했더니 Metatrader5 규정에 따라 철수하고 거래를 계속해서 블랙리스트에 올랐다고 하더니 계정을 재활성화하기 위해 2000 USD를 요구합니다. 철회하고 다시 거래할 수 있습니다. 내가 정말 위반 했습니까? 왜 Metatrader5가 이 위반에 대해 나를 패닝하지 않고 내 계정을 활성 상태로 유지합니까? 내가 위반했다면 왜 메타트레이더5가 아닌 브로커에게 돈을 지불해야 합니까?

Withdrawal failure.
I made a withdrawal request since 17 August and it still reviewed till now , after I complain they told me that I am blacklisted due to violence the Metatrader5 regulations by making a withdrew and keep trade ,and they ask me for 2000 USD to reactiavte the account and can make withdrew and trade again .
did I really made a violation ?
why Metatrader5 don’t pan me for this violation and keep my account active ?
if I made a violation why I should pay money For the broker not to the Metatrader5 ?
