라이브 채팅 없음, client@skyallmarkets.com의 기본 이메일로 보내는 이메일은 심각한 운영 문제에 대한 문제 피드백에 대한 응답 또는 자동 메시지를받지 않습니다. 플랫폼이 안정적이지 않고 일부 자금 입금이 이메일 확인을 받고 일부는 확인을받지 못했습니다. 기록으로 유지하려면 mt4의 계정 보고서에 의존해야합니다. Customer support is very bad

no live chat, email to default email of client@skyallmarkets.com receives no respond or automated message on issue feedback on serious operational problem. platform is not stable, some fund deposit receive email confirm, some did not receive any confirmation. have to rely on mt4's account report to keep as record.
platform mentioned on CRM update and after update, 1 account went missing and backend do not aware until some trader discovered their client portal shows trading account doesnt belong to them. Most likely due to 2 person with same name (yet different ID). because of this issue, i cannot proceed to withdraw my fund.
