인출을받지 못함

저는 지난달 2020 년 7 월 24 일에 $ 2,800를 인출했습니다. 2020 년 8 월 29 일까지 필리핀에있는 제 은행은 돈을받지 못했습니다. 나에게 할당 된 관리자에게 연락을 시도했지만 그녀는 내 전화를받지 않았습니다. 채팅 포털을 사용해 보았지만 관리자에게 연락 만하면됩니다. 진행 방법을 잘 모르겠습니다.

Withdrawal not Received

I made a withdrawal of $2,800 last month July 24,2020. Up to this time Aug 29,2020, my bank in the Philippines has not received the money. I tried contacting the manager assigned to me but she would not take my calls. I tried the chat portal but all I was told is to contact my manager. I am not sure how to proceed.
