वापसी नहीं हो सकती है

मैं एडीमेट्रेड पर ट्रेड कर रहा हूँ। मेरे वॉलेट में $10696 की शेष राशि है। जब मैंने $8000 की निकासी के लिए आवेदन की, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म ने मुझसे 30% कर के रूप में लाभ की राशि जमा करने की मांग की, मैंने जमा कर दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने मुझसे निकासी राशि के 10% कनवर्ट फ़ीस जमा करने की मांग की। मैंने सभी शुल्क भुगतान करने के बाद, 20 दिन हो गए हैं, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म मुझे निकासी नहीं दे रहा है। मैं जब भी निकासी की मांग करता हूँ, वे हमेशा मेरे साथ बातचीत बंद कर देते हैं और कोई भी प्रभावी जवाब नहीं देते हैं। मैंने उन्हें कई ईमेल भी भेजी हैं, लेकिन उन्होंने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया।

Unable to withdraw

I have done trading with Admiral Markets Global ltd.My wallet balance is $ 10696 as on date.When I was applied for withdrawal of $ 8000,the platform asked me to deposit 30% tax on total profit.I deposited tax . After that they asked to deposit conversion fees10% of withdrawal amount.Afer paying all dues the platform is not refund my withdrawal since 20 days.
whenever I asked to refund they always blocking my communication and not responding properly.i have also mailed them many times but they didn't reply.
