Fraud warning

I find it incomprehensible how this business can carry on in this manner, especially in light of the numerous unfavorable comments. Since February , I've been attempting to cancel my trade, but the customer service has been pitiful. There is no action performed unless you pursue them to find out the reason for the delay. Promises of callbacks are not kept, and when you do speak with a customer service representative, they are unable to help you beyond repeatedly telling you that we will escalate the situation. My engagement with ITGFX was over $89,000, therefore I wouldn't recommend trading or dealing with them ever.
