वापस नहीं ले सकते

मैंने इस रोकर में पैसा जमा किया था। इसने मेरे लिए व्यापार करने के लिए एक लाइव खाता बनाया। मैं MT5 ऐप में अकाउंट देख सकता हूं। मैं यह भी देख सकता हूं कि पैसा वहां जमा है और इसका व्यापार कर सकते हैं। जब तक मैं अपने कुछ पैसे वापस लेने का अनुरोध नहीं करता, तब तक ब्रोकर मुझे बहुत बहाना दे रहा है कि बैंक सत्यापन आदि की आवश्यकता है। मैं निकासी की स्थिति का पीछा करता रहता हूं, 1 सप्ताह के बाद भी यह ब्रोकर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देता है और मेरा नंबर ब्लॉक कर देता है। मैंने यह भी देखा कि ब्रोकर की चार्टिंग नकली है, यह अन्य सामान्य चार्टिंग के समान नहीं है। उस वार्तालाप को संलग्न किया जिसे मैंने वापस लेने का प्रयास किया लेकिन वह वापस लेने में विफल रहा।

Can't withdraw

i had deposit money into this roker. it created a live account for me to trade. i can see the account in MT5 app. i also can see the money is deposit there and can trade it. until a day i request to withdraw some of my money, then the broker giving me a lot excuse that need bank verify etc. i keep on chasing on the withdraw status, after 1 week plus this broker no response and block my number. i also notice that the broker's charting is fake, it's not the same as others normal charting. attached the conversation that i tried to withdraw but it failed to withdraw.
