वापस लेने में असमर्थ

मैंने 25 जून 2021 R2000 को विश्वास बर्नड विलियम्स के नाम से ब्रोकर के साथ निवेश किया जब यह वापस लेने का समय था तो उसने मुझे एक ईमेल भेजा जिसमें कहा गया था कि मुझे एटीएम निकासी शुल्क के लिए R4000 का भुगतान करना चाहिए जो मेरे पास नहीं है

i invested with the broker by the name of faith bernad Williams on the 25th june 2021 R2000 when it was time to withdraw she send me an email that says i should pay R4000 for Atm withdrawal fee which i dont have
