MT5 से वापस लेने में असमर्थ

मैं ओवरड्राफ्ट सीमा के रिचार्ज के बाद पैसे निकालने में असमर्थ हूं। मैंने 5000 USD का रिचार्ज निपटाया ताकि मैं राशि और अपना लाभ वापस ले सकूं और अब वे यह कह रहे हैं (चित्र देखें)। वे मुझे मेटाट्रेडर 5 में अपने खाते की शेष राशि के 70% का बीमा जमा करने के लिए कह रहे हैं क्योंकि जब मुझे उनके नियमों के कारण 5000 USD निकालने का अनुरोध किया गया था तो मुझे हरी झंडी दिखाई गई थी। अब मैं हार गया हूं और मुझे नहीं पता कि क्या मैं अभी भी अपना पैसा प्राप्त कर सकता हूं। मैंने उनसे चैट सपोर्ट के जरिए संपर्क करने की कोशिश की लेकिन कुछ नहीं किया।

Unable to Withdraw from MT5

I am unable to withdraw money after recharge of the overdraft limit. I settled the recharge of 5000 USD so that I can withdraw the amount and my profit and now they are saying this (see picture). They are asking me to settle an insurance deposit of 70% of my account balance in Metatrader 5 because I was flagged when I requested to withdraw 5000 USD due to their regulations. Now I’m lost and don’t know if I can still get my money. I tried to contact them through chat support but nothing.
