AXI refuses to withdraw funds

On 15 May 2025, I deposited USDT 20,000 (equivalent to USD 19,991.38) into my AXITrader account. • On the same day, I made profit on trades involving Contract for Difference (CFD). • Around 20 May 2025, I attempted to withdraw my funds. AXITrader required identity verification before allowing the withdrawal. • I provided all requested documents for verification. • On 28 May 2025, AXITrader hedged all my previous trades, effectively nullifying your profits. They stated the reason a suspicion of market abuse, price manipulation, or unacceptable conduct. • This was unacceptable and likened it to fraud, especially since AXI Trader blocked withdrawals based on suspicion. • On 02 June 2025, I sent an ultimatum to AXITrader demanding withdrawal of your funds. • On 03 June 2025, AXITrader rejected my withdrawal request again. Please note AxiTrader is 100% owned by AxiCorp Financial Services Pty Ltd. But AxiTrader is not regulated by the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). 👎
