Clients are required to provide their name and securities account number in the remarks section.

Withdrawal Process:
For withdrawals to banks outside Hong Kong, customers need to download and fill out the “Customer Withdrawal Notice” form. Once completed and signed, the form should be emailed or faxed to BeeVest Securities atsettlement-group@beevestsec.com or (852) 2525-9431, respectively. Ensure the withdrawal recipient's name matches the account name, and specify both the current date and desired withdrawal date on the form.
Withdrawals to Hong Kong banks can also be requested by calling (852) 2295-5658. Timing for withdrawal requests and crediting of funds vary depending on the method and location of the recipient bank. BeeVest Securities charges a fee of HK$5 per board lot for physical withdrawals, with a minimum fee of HK$100 per stock per transaction.
