On Wednesday, Vantage, an FCA-licensed multi-asset broker, announced that it had expanded its trading platforms offering by adding MetaTrader 5 (MT5). According to the press release shared with Finance Magnates, the new offering will allow Vantage to provide access to multiple trading markets with a superior trading experience and fast processing times.

Additionally, MT5 offers in-depth price analysis, better hedging options, copy trading, live market news, multiple economic calendars, over 80 technical indicators and a comprehensive range of market order types. This announcement comes on the back of a too-packed season for Vantage in terms of announcements, including its corporate rebranding exercise in November 2021 and its recent announcement of a multi-year sponsorship with McLaren Racings Extreme E team in February.
“We are pleased to add MetaTrader 5 (MT5 ) to our existing suite of trading platforms. As a client-focused company, we have seen a growing interest for more comprehensive and flexible trading solutions. The enhanced functionality provided by MetaTrader 5 (MT5) made it a clear winner in our books,” David Shayer, the CEO at Vantage UK, commented.
With MT5, Shayer pointed out that traders could have access to algorithmic trading applications like Expert Advisors (EAs), together with back-testing capabilities. “Traders can even choose to develop or purchase their own custom EAs in the advanced MQL5 programming language, making its implementation available to both novice and experienced traders alike,” he noted.
Vantage's Sports Sponsorship
Vantage became an Official Partner of the McLaren (MX) Extreme E team in February. The brokers branding will be featured on the chassis side and roof of the McLaren MX race car. Also, two drivers of the racing team, Tanner Foust and Emma Gilmour, will wear motor-racing overalls with Vantage colors in all of the 5 races in the season.
“The partnership with McLaren Racing is a big step for Vantage,” said David Shayer, the CEO of Vantage UK. “The company values speed and innovation in the same way we do.”
Additionally, it is the first sponsorship deal of Vantage signed after the broker went through a branding overhaul last November.
