I was told that I couldn’t withdraw for incomplete info after I had deposited funds. I sent the info many times but there was no result. Why can I deposit funds if the info is incomplete? Poor quality of service. If you fail to deposit, there will be staff helping u immediately. But nobody cares if you can withdraw funds or not.

They seem to be scammers because they don't tell you about withdrawal verification but when depositing they accept quickly but they don't allow withdrawal. They will just leave with one useless robot to be repeating one statement.

FXTM is a scam broker. FXTM closed my IB account three months ago which had more than 500 hundred clients. They did not even give money in my IB account (4921949). My opinion to every one that never work as an IB in FXTM. They will close your IB account without asking if you have good number of clients and handsome commissions.
