Hi,KVB.I’m one of your clients Linju Chen.My account number was 608219.I traded on your platform on 13rd,August,2019.I profited from my several orders,which were deleted by you.You deleted my data without my permission which was inconsistent with regulation requirements.Firstly,I didn’t accept your wrong quotation for I placed my order with according to you standard.Secondly,I shouldn’t afford for the loss of wrong quotation because of your technology error.Thirdly,this the first time I met this situation,The trade I conduct on other platforms is always normal.You deleted my statement of profiting settlement without my permission.It was your obvious repudiation.Which regulator allows you to pocket my profit?I have cooperated with KVB for a long time with your credit basis.You must compensate me for the profit after you restore you bugs.For the terrible experience,I hope you put emphasis on the solution!These screenshot are evidence.Please pay close attention to this platform.

I knew that some customers were in the same situation.The profit I earned during 21-23 on 13th,August was deducted by the platform the next day,as well as my trading records deleted.Fortunately,the dairy couldn’t be copied.Anything can be certified.I was told that there was something wrong with the platform and all orders were invalid during that period.I want to ask why you did so instead of sending notifications or closing the trade.Please please pay for us the compensation.Also,there were a series of serious slippage these days,ranging from a few tenths of dollars to above $6.The phenomenon of great losses caused by serious slippage was increasing,which led to forced liquidation.I made a loss of $1 because of after a single.I hope the platform pay for us the appropriate compensation and give a satisfying-respond to us,or I will expose you platform continuously.

On the evening of August 13, 2019, Beijing time, we thirty more people made margin trading on the platform. The trading product was gold. We have successively placed several limit orders and pending orders, which all have entered trading status. Most of orders were closed out with profits. However, around 23:00, we found that those profitable orders suddenly disappeared, so did transaction records. So we reflected the problem to the customer service personnel. In the process of solving problems, some orders with different prices showed up in our accounts. Some orders appeared and disappeared later. Our account balance and net worth are also changing. The entire platform is in a mess. We all suffered losses and were unable to trade normally. This is the most serious situation in the KVB platform that we encountered, and we were extremely disappointed with the KVB. We logged in the back stage, where there were transaction records tonight. However, all profitable orders in the MT4disappeared and the accounts suffered serious losses. This problem mainly caused by your platform, why let client paid for the losses!

KVB maliciously changed my order data and deleted my profitable orders

At 2019 August 13th that night, the gold price fell to the ground. I’ve got more than 1 lot in my hand. Because of the bear market, I manually bought short 1.2 lot in order to minimize my loss. The price at that time was 1509.93 and the close position price was 1482.35. But the platform deliberately deleted that order and modified my short order’s close position order and the MT4 log. The close position price of my long order was 1485.45. Back then I’ve got more than 2000 USD in my account. Because of the bear market, I bought short another 0.3 lot. However, at August 14th that morning, all my short orders didn’t reach stop loss level but being closed by the platform. I only got 596 USD left in my account. Managers of KVA, please contact me and solve this problem. Even though you can delete my orders, you can’t delete the trade history.

KVB Kunlun is a fraud platform

My account number is 800624. The following two problems led to my losses of nearly 6,000 dollars. First, on 2 July, CHINA300, KVB Kunlun. The platform gave no notification when the market opened at 9:30 A.M. The other price of spot gold purchased kept moving, while there is no reaction in CHINA300. All those prevented me from the best time to leave, with great consequent losses. Second, on 2 July, I purchased one hand XAUUSD spot gold, but the system automatically elected two hands, which made my account wipe out with a loss of 1,018 dollars (Order number: 26876980 6876986 26877705). This has happened six to seven times from June to July with great losses. Pending orders and slippages also led to losses. Now my account is frozen, being unable to check. I have contracted salesmen who aren’t responsible for account opening and sent email to the official account, but got no reply. I’d like to ask KVB Kunlun for explanations and solutions.

Automatically-made orders by KVB Kunlun led to great losses

This has happened six to seven times from June to July with a loss of 10,000 dollars. Pending orders and slippages led to a loss of at less 10,000 dollars. KVB Kunlun needs to give my money back from the two accounts 800624 and 602787 with a capital of 20,173 dollars.

They won’t let me withdraw but keeps asking me to deposit

Through a person who claims to be a foreign exchange trader, I downloaded the KVB’s app. He then let me deposit money and work with him to trade foreign currency. For the first time, I lost all my deposit, and the second time I earned it back. Then I thought I should stop doing it, but he told me that my bank card number was wrong, which stopped me from quitting. I endured it since I saw that one number of my bank card number I entered was wrong. He asked me to deposit 40% of my account balance to modify my bank card information, so I deposited 45,000. As a result, when I went to withdraw money after I modified it, I was told that my account was frozen and I was not allowed to withdraw money. If I want to unfreeze it, I need to pay 30% of the account balance: (the original balance + 45000) * 30% = 46000. If I don't deposit money anymore, they would insist that I can’t withdraw, and tell me that there is no other way to unfreeze. Finally, the customer service directly ignored me. I asked him how to contact the leader or the website, he kept silence.

KVB maliciously asked clients to provide files which are unable to provide. If we can’t, they would force our position liquidated.

I chose KVB because it was big and reliable. But now things like this happened. They asked us to provide our foreign resident certificate, which they knew we can’t have, otherwise they would force our position liquidated at a certain time. They just want to scam our money. What’s more, clients are under different situations. Those who hold no positions can choose to withdraw or switch platform. But what should those who are holding losing positions do? They can’t just close their positions in the given time. Their solution is not workable. It is an international listed company’s conduct which cannot solve everyone’s problem?

Serious slippage and chuck

My trading account number is 65061. With no fluctuations in the market, the position is closed and the slippage is serious. If there are fluctuations, chuck will prevent closing orders out. I have reported the problem to the customer service personnel, but they give me cold shoulders.

Kvb shirks its responsibility for customers’ forced liquidations

Due to the changes in regulatory rules, kvb deliberately requires Chinese customers to submit documents that cannot be provided (it requires non-domestic identification, otherwise accounts will be forced to liquidate). their practice make its clients suffer losses and yet asked them to bear the losses. When the markets opened this morning, the EUR price on KVB Kunlun had a slippage about 1.2 pips every time when there was no market fluctuation.
