Cannot withdraw my transaction...already email already chat with customer service but not take action.. 2 3 time heppen with my big transaction withdrawal make 2 week and small withdrawal... That JM not take action always say 24 hour can get your withdrawal.. This is my last transaction and last I use this fucking broker.. So slow no cooperation..I want my small withdrawal!!! I was trade on XAUUSD use standard mt4 account on 13/06/2023. When CPI news come around i target to entry instant buy at area 1957/54. Since my entry not execute, i close the apps and open back the apps and my entry price was at 1966/67 for 8 entry. Suddenly price pullback and all my money gone.
