余額突然清零

The balance suddenly becomes zero

On December 21, 2022, suddenly my account at VT Markets broker became zero, due to "Cash Adjustment-Chargeback". My account number is: 8600203. I got confused and asked a VT Markets agent for help via chat in the member area.
