Incorporated in 1985 as Kwara Investment Company (KINCO), Harmony Securities Limited later changed its name to become a stock brokerage firm in 1998. In order to allow the management to reposition the firm within its local surroundings and the economy at large, her name was changed to Harmony Securities Limited in 2001. The Company is registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission and a participant in the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
