Our experience with TOL TECH FX has been frustrating and inefficient. After several years of trading with them, we were abruptly informed to cease our account due to our relocation from one country to another. The process was extremely cumbersome, lengthy, and painful. Throughout this period, we consistently received contradictory information and often encountered a lack of response to our inquiries and formal complaints. Departments seemed disjointed, with no communication between them, leading to unresolved issues and a general lack of customer care.

I've been using TOL TECH FX for a while now, and honestly, the withdrawal process has been a headache. Facing difficulties in getting my money out is frustrating. It would be great if the support team could step up and help resolve these withdrawal issues promptly. The overall trading experience is average, but the withdrawal hassle needs attention. Hope the relevant department can assist in solving the cash-out problem.
