Unable to Withdraw

Withdrawal not Received

I made a withdrawal of $2,800 last month July 24,2020. Up to this time Aug 29,2020, my bank in the Philippines has not received the money. I tried contacting the manager assigned to me but she would not take my calls. I tried the chat portal but all I was told is to contact my manager. I am not sure how to proceed.

I want to make some complaints: 1. It gave no accede to withdrawal, keeping holding off; 2. Your profit would be cleared; 3. It suggested that you don’t set the stop-loss at any time; 4. Almost 80% of the recommendation was adverse. It always asked you to trade constantly; 5. After you made a loss, it would ask you to add fund on and on.
