Their customer service tried to push me into downloading their trading app, enticing me with a so-called "newcomer promotion." They conveniently omitted any mention of risks during the account setup. Later, when issues arose, the representatives cunningly shifted blame, insisting I failed to read the terms carefully. They even claimed that the transaction was irreversible.
