From February 14th, Rizq Capital restricted my account. This means I couldn't access any of my funds.
If you go through all the comments on their Facebook page, you'll see many other clients reporting similar experiences. I filed complaints with the SEC and FINRA. The SEC forwarded my complaint to Rizq Capital, requesting specific explanations for the restrictions. Their response will be sent to me and the SEC compliance department. Two days later, the restrictions were lifted. I withdrew my funds and closed the account.
