Their account verification process was a real pain in the **** and their customer service was totally unhelpful. I mean, I tried to get some support, but it felt like they didn't really care about my problems. Long story short, I ended up giving up on opening an account with them. It's such a shame when companies make it so difficult for customers to give them their business.

I don’t appear to be able to withdraw... You will never get your money out with this company. Go elsewhere. Very disappointing. Their site also seems to exist some problems. Anyway, go away!
