The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) was established in accordance with section 5 of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Establishment and Responsibilities) Law of 2001 as a public legal entity. It is an independent public supervisory Authority responsible for the supervision of the investment services market, transactions in transferable securities carried out in the Republic of Cyprus and the collective investment and asset management sector. It also supervises the firms offering administrative services which do not fall under the supervision of ICPAC and the Cyprus Bar Association.

BDSwiss Holding Ltd is authorized and licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) (EU), and BDSWISS is registered with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), as a fixed agent of BDSwiss Holding Ltd in Germany.

Leverage & Account of BDSWISS
The maximum leverage for forex trading is up to 1:500, for commodities up to 1:100, for stocks up to 1:200, for indices up to 1:100, for cryptocurrency up to 1:200. There are three main types of accounts: classic account, VIP account, and raw spread account, aiming at reducing costs according to trading size and provide advanced services after the cost increases to meet the needs of different forex traders. The minimum spread of the Classic account is 1.5 pips, the lowest spread of the VIP account is 1.1 pips, and the lowest spread of the raw spread account starting from 0.0.
BDSWISS will charge variable spreads for forex, cryptocurrency, and commodities based on the account types. For stocks and indices, it will charge a fixed commission based on the account type. A commission of USD 2 will be charged for each lot of index trading, and a commission of 0.15% will be charged for each lot of stock trading. Regarding the overnight fee, the swap depends on the size of the position and the product held overnight. For the “overnight” position (that is, after 5 pm Eastern Time), the swap will be charged or applied to the trader Account. Idle accounts are charged 10% of the account balance every month, the minimum is 25 euros or the equivalent amount of the trading account, the maximum is 49.9 euros until the account balance is 0.
