      1、The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) announced this Tuesday that is has suspended USGFXs Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence. According to the Australian regulator, the AFSL of USGFX has been suspended under section 915B of the Corporations Act 2001 because the company is now under volunteer administration.

      2、On Monday, Notesco UK Limited, which operates IronFX UK, has published its financial results for the year ended on the 31st of December 2019. According to a document published via UKs Companies House, Notesco UK Limited achieved a revenue of $434,686across the 12 month period, representing a drop of 53.9 per cent.

      3、21/07 ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) Presses Brokers to Prepare for Brexit. ESMA released an official statement, telling participants in the financial market to finalise their contingency plans for the end end of the UK's transitional period, which will officially end on 31 December 2020.

      1、AMEGA no longer offers ECN accounts.

      2、Fortrade is now marked as regulated by CySEC, ASIC, and IIROC (Canada). It is now possible to have a trading account denominated in Great Britain pounds with this broker.

      3、GoMarkets acquired a regulation by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre in the United Arab Emirates.

      4、USGFX entered voluntary administration to restructure its business and be able to provide trading services to its customers.

      5、ForexCT has been taken to court by ASIC for unconscionable conduct and conflicted remuneration.

      6、TempleFX has been delisted as the firm no longer seems to be active.

      Russian countries

      

      1. RoboForex has expanded the list of assets available for trading by adding CFDs on Japan's main stock index - JP225. Index trading is available on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms on Pro-Standard, ECN and Prime accounts, as well as in the R Trader multi-market terminal.
