Around the Christmas period, my account was unexpectedly locked without any prior warning, and attempts to reset the password proved futile. Fearing a potential hacking incident, I reached out to them via email. However, several weeks passed without a response, and the only communication available was with a chatbot. I'm still unclear about the situation, but a significant amount of funds is at risk. Has anyone else encountered similar issues?

When I requested a withdrawal, they let me deposit more, and when I refused to put more money into my account, the account manager said that I'm wasting his time and that he will return my money, but never did. I tried to contact them, but as soon as I gave my details they stopped answering me. So please be aware of this dodgy trading site.
