PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, or Panin Bank, was established as a result of the merger of 3 banks, Bank Kemakmuran, Bank Industri Djaja, and Bank Industri dan Dagang Indonesia, back in 1971. Throughout the course of its history, Panin Bank merged with 4 other private banks, PT Bank Lingga Harta, Bank Abadi Djaja, Bank Pembangunan Ekonomi and Bank Pembangunan Sulawesi. To enhance its operations, Panin Bank cooperates with international banks such as the French Credit Lyonnais, Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, and Westpac Banking Corporation Australia, which was taken over by ANZ Banking Group Australia.

Panin PanDollar is a saving account in foreign currencies with electronic banking facilities.
