There is no way to withdraw funds. Customer service requires that you must deposit up to 50,000 to become a member to withdraw
I knew a guy who induced me to invest in UBS. This is a fraud digital currency platform. I profited after trading several times. But I can’t withdraw funds. The customer service said my turnover didn’t reach 20,000 (I never heard about it. And my turnover was over 1,000 at that time). Then I intimated that I would keep investing tens of thousands. SO I hope they can help me withdraw the money successfully. The customer service heard that and said my application would be processed by the system automatically (No principle at all). I asked how I can get my money asap after one day. And the customer service said I could become a VIP and this needed 5,000. I asked something else, in the end, I asked, what the gap of my turnover was. Customer service: 5,000
When I withdrew after operation with their technician, I was told that my bank card info was wrong. I have to pay 30% margin to modify the info and withdraw funds. But I can’t after offering my ID card and bank info
My request was still under verification, and I was even asked for a tax before withdrawing my fund.
5% stamp tax is required for the withdrawal in UBS .Is it legit?
