JTJY

I've been using JTJY for over two months now, and regardless of the payment method I choose, I've been unable to deposit funds into my account. Furthermore, 1000 euros that I withdrew three weeks ago have yet to be refunded. I've had multiple phone conversations with JTJY staff, and for the past two months, all I've received are empty promises. I've been repeatedly told that they are investigating the issue, and despite assurances that the problem is resolved, they never follow through as promised when I inform them that the issue persists.

I'm a dissatisfied customer of JTJY due to the ongoing frustration with their verification process. Despite providing all necessary documentation for my current location, I've consistently faced rejection. I acknowledge the company's policy of verifying all clients' addresses, but it's disheartening to be repeatedly denied even after submitting ample proof of my current whereabouts. I believe my feedback should be taken into consideration for the improvement of this aspect in their operations. On a positive note, the service apart from this issue has been satisfactory.
