Abstract:Trading platform ThinkMarkets has landed a $30 million investment from Mars Growth, a Liquidity Group and MUFG joint venture fund.
ThinkMarkets CEO and co-founder Nauman Anees says the capital infusion will enable the company to increase its marketing efforts, grow its customer base, and “stimulate our expansion”.
Founded in 2010, ThinkMarkets provides traders, hedge funds, brokers, financial institutions, and exchanges around the world with access to a number of markets, including foreign exchanges, CFDs on equities, cryptocurrencies, commodities, indices, and futures.
ThinkMarkets delivers trading solutions such as MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 alongside its own ThinkTrader platform.
The online brokerage has headquarters in London and Melbourne and hubs in Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Japan.
Formerly ThinkForex, the company rebranded in 2016 and simultaneously launched ThinkTrader.
