      Market Instruments

      With SmartTrader, traders can get access to trading products including stocks, ETFs, forex currency pair, and crypto currencies. Some popular instruments like indices, metals, commodities are not available.

       Minimum Deposit

      SmartTrader claims that traders can fund as little as $100 to get started. Although the amount seems reasonable for most regular traders, it is not a good option to trade with this unregulated broker.

      Leverage

      Trading leverage is not mentioned on the SmartTraders website. However, since leverage can amplify gains as well as losses, inexperienced traders are not advised to use high trading leverage in case of fund losses.

       Spreads & Commissions

      SmartTrader mentions that it offers super low spreads, from 0.0 pips on the Raw account, but does not specify spreads on particular instruments. This is a Red flag. Unregulated brokers love to hide their real trading fees to scam new traders.

      Trading Platform Available

      When it comes to trading platform available, SmartTrader advertises that it offers both MT4 and MT5 trading platform, as well as an in-house developed SmartTrader.

       Deposit & Withdrawal

      Payment methods available on the SmartTrader platform are VISA, MasterCard credit/debit card, POLi, Wire transfer, Neteller and Skrill. There is no further deposit and withdrawal information mentioned.

      Customer Service

      As for customer support, SmartTrader does not offer a dedicated customer service. The SmartTrader customer support team can be only reached through email. You can also follow them on some social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin.
