I’ve traded in FXCM for a while. But there are so many problems. The biggest problem is that you should set the spread by yourself. At first, they said the biggest spread was 100 but mu quotes were still closed. And they said I can set 400 or 500. I f I can’t sell or buy, that is because of wrong setting! They have nothing to do with the disconnecting, it is because of issues of MT4 or my network. My network was ok and my phone and computer ran smoothly when I use my network. I used to invest in other platforms. I trust their service so I invested here. I’ve never encountered such kind of problems before. Why does it have nothing to do with your platform?
