Last week we have widraw 130$ on our account and as per V5 management need 3 days working to receive but still now didn't receive the amount and my account being freeze and change password my account by V5 without proper and profound prof of violation.

On the 23rd of March 2023, trade pair or AUDJPY had emptied most of the traders account with V5, no matter how big or small.the amount left in the account, the chart move downward 3 PIPS only but the minus for THE COMISSION IS ABSURD 1000% of total acc balance was charge for COMISSION causing ALL TO MC, when refer to CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, okay then suddenly ACCOUNT IS BANNED BECAUSE OF SUSPECT SUPERIOR TO SPREAD WRONG TRADING SIGNAL???? When explained THE PHILIPPINES PEOPLE SPREAD THE WRONG SIGNAL STILL NO ACTION IS TAKE TILL TODAY, 3rd EVERY VERIFIED PAIR SHOULD HAVE REBAT BUT AS SEEN ON PIC THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/BROKER COMPLETELY IGNORE IT, 4TH I ATTACHED THE SPREAD OF WRONG SIGNAL THE CULPRIT FOR CAUSING MANY LOSES

We are 28 in a group of traders of V5 here in Bulacan, Philippines and we all experienced a lost on our account in just a second. We got a signal, and we trade on the same time as the signal provided to us. Right after opening the position with the amount and margin of $130 it automatically closes even the graph is not moving. It happen for a second only and the page refreshes by itself with a negative balance of $1300. Pls see picture attached below. I have tried a self trade before on other platform as well for few hours waiting to have a postive balance and I never experienced losing all the money on my account! V5 Platform do have a problem on your system! Your customer service always say that it is before I have alow margin and a high trade?! How ? What is the use of setting an amount and margin before trading! Your platform sucks! Return my fund! Our Fund! This is not right! Your system is new in the business and your not playing fair!

Me and my co-traders have opened a trade today on the platform with v5 forex as a broker for AUDJPY currency. But to our surprise our open trade got closed immediately due to a very large slippage of commission. This was unacceptable and unbearable for us since it is our hard earned money. We are asking for your help to dispute the money back to our accounts. Here are some pictures and screenshots of the transaction. It ate our money. The broker did not do anything about it. It was not normal slippage at all.

My name is Cristian MiLlan Briceño GONZAGA. My email is cristianbricenogonzaga@gmail.com....I opened an account in this broker. I started trading in a vip account and I started noticing some strange things. For example, this account is ZERO SPREAD but when you trade of 20 lots or more, it would put you 10 or 15 points below or above to a large floating loss. According to these subjects, if you buy, and the stop loss at 1.10250, and they stoped at 1.10263. So it is dangerous to trade with this broker. They never took responsibility. It's a nice broker but with this they turned it into a total scam. The stop loss was 24 points and the lot was 16. Can you imagine there are 384 dollars of sliding only in 1 operation. This is fatal ...... A THREAT TO ANY TRADER ..... SUPPORT NEVER ANSWERED MESSAGES They went with my 1000 dollars or more and on top of that if they charged me spread I have videos of that.

My account id 8808898 is open at the exchange TRADESKA. the exchange automatically cut off my order with a slippage of 256 pips at the time of the order cut off and my account burned. I immediately contacted the broker's support for instructions and emailed the complaint to the exchange.
