Since opening my account, I have always operated in full compliance with the platform's rules and without any illegal trading activities. During this year, my account has been in a continuous state of losses, accumulating a total loss of 400,000. Last week, I submitted a withdrawal request. Not long after, my account's backend was inexplicably frozen. I could neither log in nor access any relevant notifications or explanations. Subsequently, I contacted online customer service multiple times and submitted appeal emails, all to no avail without any response. I strongly demand that the platform face the problem seriously and handle the reasonable requests of its customers.
