They closed my account and froze my Funds with $7379 dollars without being able to withdraw them SCAM!!!

I will tell you my story I had this account for a year and I got to have $14964.25 dollars in my account, on Monday May 29, 2023 I decided to withdraw all my funds from the account and the surprise was that hours after requesting the withdrawal I received a message email from HFM telling me that my account had violated the "Rules and policies" of the company of course arbitration which is totally false and they have no proof but fraudulent companies are using these articles or clauses to take advantage of customers... ... so they canceled 2 withdrawals of $7,518 and $7,446 .... and then they left me only half of the capital available so I quickly withdrew what I could, 7,585 dollars was what they let me withdraw, after this they arbitrarily told me They closed the account and I have not been able to access the rest of my funds... the last thing I was able to see and take screenshots as proof, was that the broker put the rest of the money in the mt4 trading account and then I filed the mt4 account freezing my funds around 7379 dollars ...... I have practically lost all that money due to account freezing and all my rights have been violated

les comento mi historia yo tenía esta cuenta desde hace un año y llegue a tener $14964.25 dólares en mi cuenta, el lunes 29 de mayo 2023 decidí retirar todos mis fondos de la cuenta y la sorpresa fue que horas después de solicitar el retiro me llego un correo por parte de HFM diciéndome que mi cuenta había violado las "Normas y políticas" de la empresa por supuesto arbitraje lo cual es totalmente falso y no tienen pruebas pero las empresas fraudulentas estan acogiendose estos artículos o clausulas para aprovecharse de los clientes ...... asi que me cancelaron 2 retiros de $7518 y $7446 ....para luego dejarme disponible solo la mitad del capital asi que rapidamente retiré lo que pude, 7585 dolares fue lo que me dejaron retirar, luego de esto de forma arbitraria me cerraron la cuenta y no eh podido acceder a resto de mis fondos...lo ultimo que logre visualizar y tome capturas como prueba, fue que el broker metio en la cuenta mt4 de trading el resto del dinero y luego me archivo la cuenta mt4 congelando mis fondos alrededor de 7379 dolares ...... prácticamente he perdido todo ese dinero por congelamiento de cuenta y se han violado todos mis derechos
