That is where I look for information about the platform on YouTube and I am surprised that this platform was a complete scam and that they do not usually return the money. after that I make a request to withdraw money. but it remains pending and when I ask customer service, they inform me that it was necessary for me to send all the documents that they requested. That is why I contacted the person who called me, to give me an explanation of why he had not mentioned anything to me about it, and that I did not have proof of payment in my name. He tells me to contact Mr. Dante, who is the person who made the second call and tells me that he gives me two options: the first is that I open an account at the bank and send him a photo of the contract and the second was that I go to the nearest prosecutor's office to make a letter of residence, and that I send the documents that I have, such as the photo of the DNI, the baucher and the signed contract. hace unos días, me llamo un numero desconocido y me menciono sobre invertir en una plataforma llamada Warren Bowie & Smith, me llego a convencer para que hiciera un deposito de 200 dólares, me dijo que la plataforma era segura y que no me preocupara. cuando le dije que no contaba con ese monto en mi tarjeta y que lo tenia en físico, me dijo que fuera a un agente a depositar el dinero en un pago de servicios llamado Safatypay, una ves realizado el pago me entro otra llamada donde el señor me dice sobre el deposito que se realizo y que tenia que enviar algunos documentos, los cuales eran: la fotografía de mi DNI ambos lados, fotografía de mi baucher de pago, una fotografía de un comprobante de domicilio que este a mi nombre, y la foto del contrato de Warren Bowie & Smith, donde este firmado. es ahí donde busco información sobre la plataforma en YouTube y me doy con la sorpresa de que esa plataforma era una estafa completa y que no suelen devolver el dinero. después de eso hago una solicitud de retiro de dinero. pero queda pendiente y cuando pregunto en atención al cliente, me informa que era necesario de que envié todos los documentos que me pide. es por eso que me contacto con la persona que me llamo, para que me de una explicación del por que no me había mencionado nada al respecto, y que yo no contaba con un comprobante de pago a mi nombre. me dice que me comunique con el señor Dante, que viene a ser la persona que me hizo la segunda llamada y me dice que me da dos opciones: la primera es que me vaya a abrir una cuenta en el banco y le envíe una foto del contrato y el segundo era que vaya a la fiscalía mas cercana a hacer una carta de residencia, y que vaya enviando los documentos que tengo, como viene a ser la foto del DNI, del baucher y el contrato firmado. llegue a enviarle la foto de mi DNI, del baucher y una foto de la primera hoja de su contrato por su whatsapp, pero al ver que no había leído los mensajes decidí eliminarlos. ya que no me parecía correcto que me obligaran a enviar todos esos documentos solo para que puedan aceptar mi solicitud. hasta el momento me siguen llamando. y me gustaría recuperar mi dinero antes de que pase mas tiempo. ya que eso fue el viernes 02/12/22
