Withdrawal encountered card frozen
I applied for withdrawal from the platform on October 18, 2022 and my card is frozen. I talk with platform and find that the payment channel is reported. After negotiation, the card remains frozen and the customer service keep asking me to wait. There are funds here, which are necessary for me to open a store. I still can’t solve it after such a long time. I am now complaining, hoping to protect my legal rights and help me solve the card issue immediately.
