Unannounced Server Upgrade Disrupts MT4 Access, Customer Communication Lacking

The only thing i am not putting 5 star is because it is a time when they upgrading server, and causing stop. The connection without notifying customer. Please next time communicate with customer first before doing anything that causing customer disconnect to mt4 platform.
