PU Prime Removed $592.03 and Blocked My Account

I deposited a total of USD 1,980. After my first withdrawal request was rejected, USD 592.03 was deducted from my account. For around 3 weeks, I repeatedly emailed PU Prime but kept receiving the same response that an account manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me and my questions were not properly answered I managed to find an account manager's number through a forex trading community. Only then was I told that my account was blocked due to alleged hedging. I strongly dispute this and asked them to show me which trades were considered hedging, but I have not received any information After 8 days, I was allowed to withdraw my USD 1,980 deposit, but the USD 592.03 remain removed. Just after I submitted the withdrawal, my account was disabled again I appreciate the account manager's help, but I very disappointed with unfair treatment of this broker.
