Hi, I am Li Pengpeng, a customer of KVB Prime, with my MT4 account number 608252. At about 15:46, on the evening of 13 Aug., 2019, I traded on the platform and made a profit of 7151.08 dollars. But, those profitable orders were deleted later by KVB Prime. At first, since my friends who invested in forex all spoke highly of KVB, I took a chance and invested 10,000 dollars in it. I was exhilarated to got the handsome profit as soon as I deposited money. However, I was told that those orders were deleted because of wrong quotations when inquiring the service personnel. The statement is clearly out of reason, and I am not going to buy for it! What is the difference between robbing and deleting customers’ profitable orders? Now, you delete my orders when I get profit, and what will you do when I make a loss? You are hardly responsible for your customers, neither do you meet regulatory rules! First, I refuse to accept the explanation of wrong quotations, since I’ve opened positions based on the platform’s quotations and requirements. Second, given that there are the wrong quotations, they were resulted from the platform’s technological failures and the consequent losses should be borne by the platform, not me. Third, the platform deleted privately my profitable delivery orders, which is clearly an intrigue of repudiating payments. I’ve trade on other platforms for many years, everything has gone smoothly. It is the first time I learned about wrong quotations! Why not the platform restore the wrong quotations? Which regulator grants the platform the right to delete customers’ orders?
