Unable to withdraw and log in to MT4 account

It's been 4 weeks already. I m unable to log in to my MT4 account and perform withdrawal of my fund.i have some open positions and all at risk..I don't know what happening. PLEASE advice and assist all are my hard earn money...Thanks...
