Exness wants me to use skrill even though i deposited with EFT

Be very careful when dealing with Exness, when i initially deposited money i used card, so when it was time to withdraw profits I could only withdraw the deposited amount. After talking to support team they said I should use Skrill I tried using Skrill but i could not transfer the money to my bank account. I went to my bank and was told that they do not accept Skrill but only paypal. I had to deposit back the money from Skrill to my trading account. I then opted for EFT, I had to deposit minimum amount for me to be able to activate EFT. After a week of trading I started withdrawing and the funds reached my bank account. this week on monday i tried withdrawing now Exness is refusing and is insisting that i use Skrill. I explained that my bank does not work with Skrill, but they still insist that i use Skrill. This is straight fraud. they are literally forcing me to use skrill
