SCHATZ MARKETS não pode retirar

Eu estava abrindo uma conta na Schatz Markets em maio de 2022 e negociei com eles por alguns meses. Quando eu queria retirar alguns dos meus lucros e enviei alguns pedidos de retirada, eles foram recusados o tempo todo, veja as fotos 1 e 2 com os pedidos de retirada. veja a foto 4 Depois de um tempo, quando entrei no meu portal do cliente uma mensagem mostrou que a taxa para este par não pode ser encontrada quando queria repetir a retirada, veja a foto 3. Mandei um email para o atendimento ao cliente algumas vezes, mas não tenho resposta delesEu ainda preciso recuperar cerca de 12k deles, mas ninguém está me respondendoQualquer forma de ajuda será apreciada

SCHATZ MARKETS unable to withdraw

I was opening an account with Schatz Markets in May 2022 and traded with them for a few months. When I wanted to withdraw some of my profits and submitted a few withdrawal requests they have been declined all the time, see pictures 1 and 2 with the withdrawal requests.Every time I was making a withdrawal request a rejection email got back but no reason for it, see pic 4 After a while, when I logged into my client portal a message showed that the rate for this pair can not be found when wanted to repeat the withdrawal, see pic 3.I emailed customer service a few times but have no answer back from themI still need to recoup around 12k from them but no one is replying to meAny form of help will be apreciated
