Platform deducts for no reason

On March 1, 2023, I asked the platform about the dividend payment when trading the index and the staff member said that I should not conduct the transaction and make a profit. However, at the end of the month, the platform deducted a bunch of money for no reason and the deduction had no basis. I filed a complaint on the platform but did not receive any reply

ngày 1/3/2023, tôi có hỏi sàn về việc chi trả cổ tức khi giao dịch chỉ số và bạn nhân viên báo là không nên tôi tiến hành giao dịch và có lợi nhuận. Tuy nhiên đến cuối tháng sàn trừ 1 loạt tiền không có lí do và trừ không có cơ sở. tôi có khiếu nại lên sàn thì không nhận được câu trả lời nào
