7天了还没出金

2023年8月10日，我申请出金2380.92美金，距离我申请已经过去7天了，出金状态仍然显示正在处理。我的一个朋友也是万威的用户，在2023年8月14日申请出金，不到3小时，就收到了。我在线咨询，他们就逃避问题，说是因为流量太大。我也咨询服务台了，他万威平台也是一样的说辞，平台流量太大网络拥堵。我问他们具体几号可以出金，他们就逃避说“由于目前不可预见的情况，处理出金的时间比之前更长”。但是为什么平台其他用户可以立即收到出金？我的却等了7天还要等？请把我的盈利出给我。
