I requested the withdrawal of the total amount from my account on July 10th as directed by Mr. Jacobs (end of investment plan). However, at the moment, the withdrawal request is pending (status: "Under review") and has not been executed. I made several contacts with the OsmosisFX customer support service but I didn't even get a forecast. I want to receive the FULL amount available in my account. Thank you.
