Impossibile prelevare

Ho richiesto un prelievo e il sistema ha approvato la verifica, ma il mio account di Binance non ha ricevuto i fondi. Ho contattato l'assistente dell'account di Goccfx e ha verificato che il mio account è stato bloccato perché l'importo del prelievo è molto elevato e richiede il pagamento di una commissione di 4200 dollari americani. Ho pagato questa commissione, ma sia il sistema che l'assistente non mi hanno ancora risposto. Sto aspettando da molto tempo il prelievo e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Cosa posso fare? Unable to withdraw

I have applied for my withdrawal and that was successfully approved by the system but I did not get the money on my Binance app account. I requested the Goccfx account assistant, and she checked and said that your account was freezing because your amount was large so you have to pay the fee that was 4200 USD. I paid that fee and now there is no reply from the system and also from the assistant. I have been waiting for my withdrawal but no response from anywhere. what do I do?
