Schatz बाजार वापस लेने में असमर्थ

मैं मई 2022 में Schatz Markets के साथ एक खाता खोल रहा था और कुछ महीनों के लिए उनके साथ व्यापार किया। जब मैं अपने कुछ मुनाफे को वापस लेना चाहता था और कुछ निकासी अनुरोध जमा करना चाहता था तो उन्हें हर समय अस्वीकार कर दिया गया था, चित्र 1 और 2 को निकासी अनुरोधों के साथ देखें। हर बार जब मैं निकासी अनुरोध कर रहा था तो एक अस्वीकृति ईमेल वापस आ गया लेकिन कोई कारण नहीं यह, तस्वीर देखें 4 थोड़ी देर के बाद, जब मैंने अपने क्लाइंट पोर्टल में लॉग इन किया तो एक संदेश दिखाया कि इस जोड़ी के लिए दर नहीं मिल सकती है जब वापसी को दोहराना चाहते हैं, तस्वीर देखें 3. मैंने ग्राहक सेवा को कुछ बार ईमेल किया लेकिन नहीं है उनसे जवाब दें मुझे अभी भी उनसे लगभग 12k वसूलने की जरूरत है, लेकिन कोई भी मुझे जवाब नहीं दे रहा है किसी भी तरह की मदद की सराहना की जाएगी

SCHATZ MARKETS unable to withdraw

I was opening an account with Schatz Markets in May 2022 and traded with them for a few months. When I wanted to withdraw some of my profits and submitted a few withdrawal requests they have been declined all the time, see pictures 1 and 2 with the withdrawal requests.Every time I was making a withdrawal request a rejection email got back but no reason for it, see pic 4 After a while, when I logged into my client portal a message showed that the rate for this pair can not be found when wanted to repeat the withdrawal, see pic 3.I emailed customer service a few times but have no answer back from themI still need to recoup around 12k from them but no one is replying to meAny form of help will be apreciated
