Impossible de retirer, puis avoir supprimé mon compte

1- Bonjour, je me suis inscrit chez ce courtier en décembre 2021 et j'avais un compte certifié après vérification d'identité. J'ai effectué quelques dépôts (environ 6 000 €) et j'ai réussi un premier retrait de 150 €. En raison de problèmes de santé, je n'étais pas actif en janvier 2022 et je suis revenu en février. J'ai ouvert quelques trades réussis, mon compte semblait normal et j'ai atteint 8,5k€. Fin février, j'ai essayé de retirer seulement 200 € pour une personne dans le besoin1, et j'ai reçu un e-mail disant que le retrait avait échoué car, par sécurité, mon compte était gelé en raison d'une longue inactivité, et ils m'ont demandé de recharger 50 % de mes fonds initiaux afin de débloquer mon compte. Mon compte a été gelé sans que j'en sois informé par une notification. Puis j'ai recontacté le service client sur Telegram, ils m'ont d'abord dit que mon compte n'était pas gelé, j'ai donc essayé de me rétracter à nouveau et aujourd'hui le 16/03/2022 ils ont supprimé mon compte après 3 semaines à me dire d'être patient . et ils m'ont bloqué sur Telegram.

Impossible to withdraw, and then have deleted my account

1- Hello, I registered with this broker in December 2021 and I had a certified account after checking
of identity. I made a few deposits (around €6k) and I had a successful first withdrawal of €150. Due to health issues, I
was not active in January 2022 and returned in February. I opened a few successful trades, my
account seemed to be normal, and I reached 8.5k€. At the end of February, I tried to withdraw only €200 for a
need person1, and I received an email saying that the withdrawal failed because, for security, my account was
frozen due to long inactivity, and they asked me to top up 50% of my initial funds in order
to unfreeze my account. My account has been frozen without my being informed by a notification. Then I have contacted again the customer service on Telegram, they first told me that my account was not frozen, so I tried to withdraw again and today the 03/16/2022 they have deleted my account after 3 weeks of telling me to be patient. and they have blocked me on Telegram.
