CF139 collects customers through various illegal means, by sending text messages to let customers deposit. They raise the margin requirement every Friday to make the lossy customers out of the position. When customers are making profit, they deliberately let the system get stuck and prevent the customers from withdrawing money. They indirectly let customers continue to make orders and lose money, while shirking responsibility with reasons for network problems.
