Exposure:The withdrawal of profit was unavailable

I opened an account in STD and deposited money,with withdrawal normal in 2017 and on March,2018.I have profited of more than $20 thousand in the end of May,2018.But the system showed that I haven’t authenticated my address when I wanted to withdraw my profit.I withdrew for $2000 every month before.I asked the manager and was told that large amounts of withdrawal needs address authenticated.The submitting address of authentication required me to follow”standard forex login account” on Wechat,with a user center and authentication address in it.The file I need to submit was one of my water and electricity bill, account book, or bank statement.The manage said that the withdrawal would be transferred into my account in 3-5 working days and the customer service also claimed that it would take 7 working days at most.After 7 working days,it was still under authentication.I have urged them every day since half of a month after authentication and was told that it would have a result today by customer manager and customer service.I received the email sent by STD and was told to provide the bank statement.Having submitted it,I asked how long it would pass the authentication.The respond was the same as before,7 working days at most.Ten days later, they enabled me to provide water and electricity bill...which lasted about 20 days,without any result.I couldn’t contact the customer manager neither through Wechat nor text message.Then I made a complaint of STD.Five days later, I contact the manager and was told that the withdrawal was still under authentication.While I found that my MT4 was frozen.I asked the manger and he said he would inquire his superior.Three days later,a claimed superior contacted me and told me about two problems.One was that I had sent too many emails to wrong address so they had received any.Then I use another mailbox to resent emails.The other was they inquired my complaints of STD and required me to take away it.I said it was an misunderstanding and took away it immediately.Having taken away the complaints,I show the screenshot.I could log in MT4 5 days later,but the withdrawal was unavailable.The customer manager said he would inquire his superior.After about 7 days,they replied me that I was allowed to withdraw for only $500 in 6 months because of my complaints on third platform.I didn’t agree and insisted on complaining.While the manager also insisted that I withdraw $500 every month and threatened to me that the result would be more serious if I continued complaining.The next day,my fund in my account was missing,which couldn’t be tracked in the history records.And my MT4 was locked again.Then I came to Bei Jing and asked the police to protect my legal interests and rights.The forex market couldn’t be defiled by STD.If my problem of withdrawal couldn’t be solved appropriately,I would expose it endlessly...

STD标准外汇 盈利无法出金,,要求曝光!!

本人在标准外汇开立账户入金操作,2017年也在标准外汇出金正常,2018年3月份也在标准外汇出金两千美元也是出金正常,一直到2018年5月份低,账户盈利2万多美元,但是出金时显示没有地址认证之前每个月只能出金2000美元,当时立即问客户经理,客户经理回复到大额度出金需要提供地址认证,,地址认证提交的地点在手机上微信关注标准外汇登录账户,有一个个人中心,里面有一个安全中心,最下面有一个地址认证,当时客户经理,告诉提交地址认证的文件是水电费单,户口本,或者银行流水都可以,我问提交后多久可以出金客户经理说到,三到五个工作日,我问在线客服,在线客服回答也是最迟七个工作日,过了七个工作日还是显示地址认证中,以后的每天我都在催客户经理和在线客服,,从地址认证后半个月左右,,客户经理和在线客服说今天回有答复,那天收STD标准外汇邮件,提示让提供银行流水,,我立即去银行打印了银行流水,先把银行流水发给客户经理说这流水提供可以吗,,客户经理说问下他上级,回复我说银行流水可以,提供过银行流水后,我问客户经理和在线客户多久可以通过认证,,回复我的还是最迟七个工作日,,超过七个工作日后,还没有通过认证,我一直问客户经理和在线客户,,又过了10天左右,,收到标准外汇邮件提示,让提供水电费单,作为地址认证,,我立即回身份证地址提供了电费单,,提供了电费单后,我五天后一直问客户经理和在线客服,地址认证多久可以通过认证,一直僵持了,20天左右,有两天,,联系不上客户经理,在线客户也不回复信息,(客户经理电话不回微信不回,在线客户也不回复信息,,于是我投诉了标准外汇,又过了5天左右,,联系到客户经理和在线客户说地址认证还在审核,,忽然发现账户和MT4被冻结问了在线客户让联系客户经理,客户经理说问上级,,问了三天左右,,标准外汇客户经理的一个自称是客户经理的上级给我联系说有两个问题第一说我给他们公司邮箱发太多的信息,,可能是公司没有收到我发的邮箱用另外一个邮箱重新给总部发邮件,第二说查询到我在第三方平台投诉标准外汇了,让我把投诉撤销了,我立即联系投诉撤销,说是由于发邮件过多是一场误会,,我把投诉标准外汇的投诉撤销截图发给标准外汇的邮箱,,又过了五天左右,,外汇账户可以登录了MT4也可以登录就是没法出金,我一直跟标准外汇客户联系,也跟客户经理联系,,在线客户让联系客户经理,客户经理说他问他上级,,过了7天左右,,得到客户经理回复由于我在第三方平台投诉标准外汇公司,每个月只能允许我出金500美元,6个月后才能出金,我说我不同意,,让客户经理跟上级汇报,,如果坚持如此我只能在次投诉,第二天上午得到客户经理回复,,还是每个月只能出金500美元,我当时就说,我还会再投诉,,客户经理说,,如果在投诉后果更严重,第二天,我在标准外汇的账户里资金没有了,资金历史里也没有显示,,MT4再次被锁定,,我便立即来到北京,现在正处于请公安部门处理阶段,能够维护我的个人权益,,外汇市场不能让想标准外汇这种给平台给玷污了,,此次来北京就是来解决标准外汇资金无法出金的问题,,如果此次不能解决我账户出金问题我将无休无止的曝光下去·····
